Every second week this slogan offers to our camping guests a cosy evening with a special dinner at fair cost. The current offer is announced on the camp site and in the internet.

Grilled pork roast
Two beautiful pieces from the fresh grilled roast with mashed potatoes and vegetables taste delicious with a glass of dry red wine from the Valais or a fresh beer.

Mah Mee
is a spicy East Asian noodle dish with pork and a variety of vegetables, freshly prepared in the Wok. It is mildly spiced and delicious. You can have as much as you wish. Swiss people call this "à discrétion" and wish you  "En Güete".

Raclette
means cosiness and a common experience with friends. It is the most popular Swiss cheese dish. Traditionally we scrape off the melted surface from half a cheese onto the plate. Boiled potatoes, pickled cucumbers and little onions are served with the cheese. A fine glass of Fendant or Rosé wine is an ideal completion for a cosy Raclette evening.

Pizza
Our Pizza is prepared and baked in Beat's mobile Pizza oven heated with wood logs. The toppings are plenty of Mozarella and Parmesan cheese, ham, mushrooms, artichokes, fresh tomatoes and bacon.

Ragout and risotto à discrétion
This dish serves pieces of lightly roasted pork together with Tessin Risotto, which is a special rice, boiled in broth. The additional gravy with mild seasoning completes the flavour of this very special dish. We serve it with a fresh salad.

*****
Dessert
Complete the delicious meal with a fine dessert and a good cup of coffee or a Schnäpsli (a little brandy). Everyone according to his taste.
International communication
This evening is a good opportunity to meet other people and share experiences. Different languages are spoken: Swiss-German, Dutch, English, German and French. All come to the same result: mother did not have to cook today and father had no washing-up.
